Prior to co-founding configure8, Seth Demsey co-founded clean.io, X-ID, and served in senior positions at a number of highly respected global technology companies, including AOL, Google, Microsoft.
At AOL, Seth was Chief Technology Officer for AOL Platforms where he was responsible for the strategic vision and all product, engineering and research efforts for the company’s industry-leading advertising platforms. Seth launched and innovated several core AOL Platforms technologies.
During his tenure at Google, he was a key contributor to the development of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Talk and DoubleClick AdPlanner. At Microsoft, he was a part of the original .NET team, helped build and release the first two versions of the platform and co-authored the .NET ISO standards.
Seth’s career in technology spans over twenty years, and in this time he has invented several technology and hardware solutions and has over 60 U.S. and foreign patents to his name.
Seth holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University and is a fellow at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
When he's not building innovative new products, you can find him with his family, playing guitar or skiing.
